In some cases we can install services same-day or next-day if you're located in a building that already has our equipment installed.

Otherwise, we can typically install new services within 2-5 business days of your completed order.
Absolutely! Each business account includes one static IP address by default. Additional IP addresses may be added to your service at any time. Contact us at support@tekify.com to add additional IP addresses to your account.

IP Addresses can be assigned individually or as blocks of 4, 8, 16, or even 32 IP's.
Yes, we support IPv6. In some cases, IPv6 is provided automatically at the time of installation. Otherwise, please contact us at support@tekify.com to request IPv6 services to be enabled on your account.
Our business internet services are symmetrical, meaning the upload speed is the same as the download speed. For example, a 500Mbps business internet plan will provide up to 500Mbps of download speed, plus 500Mbps of upload speed.
Our business fiber internet services usually experiences latency of less than 5 milliseconds (5ms) across the entire Tekify network.

Our business high-speed (100Mbps and greater) wireless internet services usually experience latency of less than 5 milliseconds (5ms) across the entire Tekify network.

Our business low-speed (less than 100Mbps) wireless internet services usually experience latency of less than 30 milliseconds (30ms) across the entire Tekify network.

These low latency metrics are great for demanding applications including gaming and streaming. Using WiFi within your business adds anywhere from 10 to 50ms of additional latency. For demanding applications, a hardwired ethernet connection between your computer and router is recommended.
Absolutely! When ordering phone service, just let us know that you would like to keep your existing number. We will "port" your existing numbers from your old provider to the Tekify network for free. You can port any combination of your existing phone or fax numbers. This process usually takes about 7 days to complete, at which time your existing phone number will begin ringing to your new Tekify phone line.
We certainly do! We offer an informal referral discount program to our active customers.

New Business Referral
When you refer a new business customer to Tekify, your account will receive a recurring monthly credit in the amount of 10% of the new customer's service, and for as long as a) their new service remains active, and b) you remain an active customer. If you think your neighbor may be interested in our internet services, please introduce us and you'll qualify for a recurring referral discount if they sign up!

New Residential Referral
Residential customers who refer a new residential customer to Tekify will receive a credit for one free month of residential service. The new residential customer would also receive a credit for one free month of service.

In all cases, the new customer must indicate to Tekify who referred them. Limit 1 referral credit per new customer. Referral discounts are account credits only and may not be paid out. Contact Tekify for full terms and conditions.
